Part time Job Description
Provide administrative support on country management related matters
Coordinate activities and schedules, ensure smooth office operation
Consolidate various documents and presentations
Expense reconciliation and understanding variances to budget
Maintain and update organization charts on regular basis
Co-ordinate and manage the logistics for visitors to the representative office
Support on sourcing and procurement related matters
Other administrative/secretarial duties as assigned

Job Requirement
Graduation in any stream
Good written and spoken English
Effective communications skills
Good team player and able to liaise confidently with people at all levels
Strong organizational skills
Self-motivated with a high level of initiative
