Part time Job Description

Provide accurate information to customers in a professional and timely manner.
Enter information into the Customer Feedback Management system.
Liaise with relevant parties for follow-up of feedback where necessary.
Other frontline and administrative duties when required.
Maybe rostered to work weekends.


Monday to Thursday: 8.30 am to 6.00 pm
Fridays: 8.30 am to 5.30 pm
Nearest MRT - Braddell NS18
Job Requirement
Minimum Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
At least 1-year frontline experience in a contact centre or customer service environment.
Pleasant personality with outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
Customer service-oriented.
