- Assist in crafting proposals for corporate clients pitch.
- Handling the circulation of all print and digital newspapers.
- Database creation and management of Business Partnership clients.
- Assist in organising and standardising Standard Operating Processes (SOPs).
- Involvement in the sales and marketing of newspapers, mainly school publications.
- Handling school publications orders - administration, processing, relevant paperwork, amendments and logistics.
- Assistance in conceptualising and organising of events (workshops, schools camps, talks etc) contacting suppliers, venue owners, arrangement on logistics.

SPH Rewards Loyalty Program
- To manage the SPH rewards app listings
- Keeps track of allocated budget for marketing activities
- Plan and organise promotion activities, deals and events
- Liaise with respective copy writers and creative designers
- To manage and market the SPH rewards through facebook
- Source for sponsorships to execute promotion activities at a lower cost
- To think of continuous marketing campaigns to engage our subscribers.
- Identify new channels to increase the awareness and obtain attractive deals
- Supervise and produce advertisements to increase the awareness of promotion activities
(These will be the curated EDMs of the best deals to send out to our subscribers weekly, Facebook engagement etc)
