Part time Job Description

Admin Executive cum Customer Service

Our office address: 38 Jalan Buroh #08-01 Singapore *** (Nearest MRT Lakeside, Boon Lay)

Job Scope:

- Manage of incoming phone calls and liaising with clients competently

- Coordination, Handling computation of clients billing, staff’s lateness, OT, pay out and queries promptly & appropriately

- To support superior & boss requests in replying our client CSD or salesman

- MS Office and English proficiency

- (Problem solving/ resolving conflicts) Resolve problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution, liaise with our delivery team.

- Furnish of all fines to relevant government departments.

- Clerical work including maintaining records and entering data or other variety of tasks.
Job Requirement
- MS Office and English proficiency
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
- English & Chinese verbal and written communications skills
- Permanent, Full-time position
- CPF & Annual Leave entitlement
- Working hours (5.5 days work) Monday to Friday 9am – 6pm
- Saturday 9sm – 1.30pm
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office
- Able to work independently in fast pace environment
- Able to handle phone calls, Well-mannered and polite to clients
