Part time Job Description

- Provide high level of customer service and hospitality to clients (greeting them, signing in, retrieving shoe rentals, answering questions and phone calls)
- Replying of enquiries through email/social media/phone calls
- Assist management in daily studio tasks such as scheduling, organizing, cleaning, handling events and corporate accounts
- Maintaining knowledge in merchandise, prices, company overview, class schedules and teachers
- Work as an efficient, cohesive team with all staff members
- Maintain a positive attitude and take initiative
- Assist with new front desk staff training
- Maintain distinct CruCycle aesthetic, appearance, atmosphere and culture
- Be present at compulsory events/meetings/gatherings
Job Requirement
- You must be affluent conversing in English
- You are able to commit a minimum of 15 hours a week. (Each shift being 3 hrs) **We hire based on availability and flexibility
- Basic knowledge of Excel, Word, MS Office
- Must be able to work Sunday Shift once a month
- Must be tidy and well-presented
- Strictly You have to be residing in Singapore with eligible documents/PR
