Job Description: Sales Admin Intern
Join our crew! Founded in 2018, Alpha Marine (Trading as “Discover Sailing Asia”) was started to encourage everyone to embark on their own sailing adventure. In Singapore, we are currently best known for hosting sailcations and short trips on our yachts.
We have 4 fabulous Yachts and a small but close-knit team of 25 employees strong! You are welcome to join our family!
We are looking for a Sales Admin Intern with effective analytical, interpersonal and decision-making skills. To succeed in the field, candidates should be excellent in customer relationship management. Alignment with our company’s values would allow us to determine if you are a suitable candidate.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Learn how to builds business by identifying and selling prospects, and maintaining relationships with clients.
Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry, researching, and analyzing sales options.
Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects, recommending solutions.
Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
Working closely with operations team to ensure delivery of service is met and feasibility of customers’ requests
Any ad hoc duties as assigned
Proficient with MS Office (Words, Excel, PowerPoint etc)
Able to work independently
Able to commence work immediately or on short notice is a plus
Additional Information Qualification: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
