Part time Job Description

We are a one-stop e-commerce solutions of leading brands for smart home surveillance camera, smart watches, smart lights, lifestyle & living products and many more. Our showroom and service centre offers the best customer experience to our most valued customers with products that make their lives easier.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage warehouse stocks, replenish and sorting of stocks
• Picking and packing of goods and process online orders
• Attend to walk-in customers
• Provide sales services & advice to walk-in customers
• Assist in day-to-day service centre administration and operations
• Ability to liaise with customers over our shopping platforms in a professional manner
• Follow-up customer service enquiries, campaign notifications and after sales services
• To perform any other duties as assigned by superior

Job Location: Near Tai Seng MRT

Job Requirement
• Working hours: Monday to Saturday 9-5pm (1 weekday off)
• Bilingual with proficiency in mandarin preferred to liaise with mandarin speaking client
• Candidates must possess O/N levels/NITEC/Diploma or equivalent
• Good team player with positive work attitude
• No experience required as long as you’re willing to learn
