OFFICE MANAGER

Job Roles:
Accounting qualification would be an advantage

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
Full office administration function
Basic bookkeeping and accounts, debtors, creditors invoicing etc.
Manage Petty cash flow
Manage debtors and collection
Manage work flow and systems for the company
Establish systems and processes to manage administration

Job Requirement
• Academic ‘N’ or ‘O’ Level / Professional Certificate or equivalent Degree. Business or Management preferred
• No work experience required, as training will be provided
• Required skill(s): Microsoft Office
• Preferably entry level specialized in customer service or equivalent
• Proficient in English and Mandarin, (in order to provide handle mandarin speaking customers)
• Candidate must be willing to work on Saturdays.
• Able to start immediately
• You have to be residing in Singapore with eligible documents or foreigner Malasia
