JOB SUMMARY:
We are looking for Data Entry Clerk to work for our company please join us ASAP. The ideal candidate will be computer savvy and a fast typist with a keen eye for detail and immediate starts available. we strongly believe your success is our success.
Job Responsibilities :
• Create spreadsheets with large numbers of figures without mistakes
• Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested
• Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation
• Verify data by comparing it to source documents
• Type in data provided directly from customers
• Proficient in MS office and clerical duties
Job Requirements :
• Fast typing skills; Knowledge of touch typing system is strongly preferred
• Excellent knowledge of word spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel etc)
• Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and interpersonal)
• Ability to work both in a team environment and independently
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Excellent accuracy and attention to details skills
• Enthusiastic and possessing a ‘can do’ attitude
• Post-secondary education in a related field
