Part time Job Description

Able to start immediately
Duration: 3 months contract
Salary: $9 per hour
Working location: Tanjong Pagar

Job responsibilities:
  • Issuing official receipts and updating cash/ cheque received
  • Counter service
  • Retrieval and handling of mails and postages
  • Bank drop off, keying in bank-in records and schedules
  • Filing and updating records
  • Handling general email/ letter correspondences
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirement
  • Proficient in Microsoft office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
  • No experience is required
  • Good communication and administration skills
