Part time Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

*Administrative support for LTA transactions ( transfer of ownership)
*Completion of Full Settlement documentation
*Legal documentation for loan application
*Insurance Quotation from insurance institutions
*Reconciling finance accounts and direct debit
*Following up on local accounts for late payments
*Order-to-cash process: sales orders, invoicing, returns, billing, credit/debit notes etc.
*Assist in the month-end accounts closing activities
*Calculating and checking to make sure payments, amounts and records are correct
*Assisting with necessary paper work and requirements and procurements
* Handling all relevant documents that regard of company registration & licensing
*Follow up for conditions fulfilment for disbursements of loans
*Liaise with sellers and customers for necessary information and documents compliance
*Handle correspondences and all loans data entries
*Prepare documents for execution
*Prepare payments, journal entries & reports
*Complete sales & purchase transactions
*Process Giro applications and collections
*Type, print and check documents and contracts
*Ensure proper safekeeping and maintenance of all security documents
*Filing & other accounting administrative work
*Generate daily / weekly / monthly reports and statement of accounts as required
*Any ad hoc tasks as assigned by the management



Salary: $2,000 - $3,500 per month
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Job Requirement
Requirements:
* GCE ā€˜Nā€™ / 'O' Levels
*Relevant experience is a bonus (entitled to larger pay schemes)
*No experience must be willing to learn well and fast. 
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Microsoft Excel.
* Able to work independently without much supervision
*Able to be responsive with emails, msgs, calls, all replies to customers/clients
*Able to adapt in an environment friendly but focused peers, even across departments. 
* Ability to problem solve, multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.
* Proactive and able to take initiative.
