Part time Job Description

Job Description
• Help customers of our Water Purifier to understand the benefits and make the purchase decision
• Provide after sales support.
• Product demonstration face-to-face with customers at the showroom
• Ensure all customers are well taken care of from live chat, phone, WhatsApp and showroom
• Empathize with customers on their concerns
• As product expert to answer all product queries

• Location : at showroom (Tai Seng area, 7 minutes walk from MRT station)
• Mon – Fri : 10 am – 7 pm (1 hour meal break)
• Either Sat or Sun : 10 am – 7 pm (1 hour meal break)
• Week 1 : 6 days, Week 2 : 5 days, repeat cycle

• Salary : $2,600 - $3,200 (commensurate with experience)
• Monthly incentives : $200
Job Requirement
• Only You have to be residing in Singapore with eligible documents/PRs may apply
• Experience in customer service required
• Retail sales experience
• IT savvy preferred
• Experience with customer service software such as ZenDesk would be a plus
• Patience to handle all customers
• Extremely positive mindset and attitude
• Great communication skills, EQ and positive language
• Empathy and ability to read customers to know what they want
• Calm and composed in all situations
• Able to manage both happy and angry customers
• Willing to learn
• Great command of English
