Part time Job Description

Responsibilities

· Handle current and new clients, managing customers’ relationships mainly through phone calls, emails, mobile messenger apps and social media.
· Arranging of orders and deliveries
· Perform and respond to enquiries on sales and quotations
· Prepare and manage documentations, keep track and follow up with allocated tasks
· To perform ad-hoc duties when required
Job Requirement
Requirement

· Be able to communicate in 2 or more languages (English and Mandarin highly preferred)
· Proficient and comfortable with computer and mobile platforms
· Enthusiastic about learning
· Amiable and enjoys communicating with others
· Customer-oriented
