  • Ability to help facilitate and persuade both buyers and sellers Understanding our customer's needs and wants
  • Maintaining and developing relationships with new and existing customers
  • Have to be comfortable on the phone
  • Demonstrates high degree of integrity and sincerity when handling customer's queries
  • Willing to "walk that extra mile" by making valuable contributions to improve the customers experience of customers within possible and legal means
Job Requirements

  • Requirements: Enthusiastic and coach-able Integrity is a key value held close to our OTUA culture Sales or facilitation experience and a valid Class 3 driving licence is preferred
  • Experience in the airline, retail sales or service industry is an added advantage
  • Fresh tertiary graduates who desire to build a professional sales career are welcomed to apply
  • Working hours: 10AM to 7PM (sometimes til late).
  • Have to be comfortable working on public holidays and weekends

If you’re looking to be in the car trade, have a go at the insights of the trade, and to learn sales from an experienced company, we have the most awesome role for you What will OTUA AUTO teach you: You will be exposed to all gears and insights of the car trade. It's definitely not as masculine or difficult as you may have imagined it to be. You will be taught to identify opportunities, how to develop healthy and happy relations with the clients. On a higher level, you will learn to build a sales funnel. Our managers will hone up your negotiation and persuasion skills because you will be meeting you'll be meeting people from all walks of life on a daily basis. Our buddy systems allows you to learn creative sales techniques from our experiences in the trade. Most importantly, you will learn the hustle of a startup.

The Key Performance Indicator:
- Achieve monthly sales target
- Engaging prospect and cross sell our services

Administrative Duties:
- Ensure prompt response to enquiries within our service level agreement
- Proactively maintain and enhance relationship with clients
- Assist in meeting sales targets for the sales team
- Prepare and make sure that all necessary paperwork are in place
Job Requirement
- 1 year of experience in sales 
- Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills 
- Excellent salesmanship and networking skills 
- Competent in presentations and demonstrations 
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets 
- High energy level 
- Strong customer orientation and a passion to deliver great customer experience 
- Team oriented
