Administrative ( 3-month Contract/Part-time)

Job description:

Placing order in CRM system Perform daily invoicing, delivery order, administrative and office support activities

Tactful handling of phone calls and call-in enquiries

Assist in daily operation duties

Perform other Administrative/ad hoc duties as assigned by the management

• At least 1 years working experience related to administrative

• Possess good communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficient  in Microsoft Office and basic computer skill 

• Proactive,  energetic and can work in a fast pace of environment.

• Attention to detail and able to work in a team 

• The  ability to multitask

• Know Singapore Road well
