- Business Operations support: Provide administrative support to the Manager
- Client-Relations Support: Writing cards for clients, mailing documents and other ad-hoc tasks.
- Posting job advertisements on online job search platforms (Jobstreet)
- Shortlisting and proactively reaching out to suitable candidates to schedule first round of interviews
- Interviewing shortlisted candidates (F2F and/or Zoom)
- (After your own evaluation and discretion), shortlisting suitable candidates and arranging a second round of interview with the Manager.
Reporting Days: 3 days a week (flexible)
Reporting Hours: 5 - 7 hours each day (flexible)
Office Location: 3-5mins walk from Bugis MRT
