Data Entry Analyst

We're looking for analytical and passionate people to join our team as a Data Entry Analyst based in Singapore.

Job Purpose
- Help to build Fundnel products for the next phase of growth along with our vision
- Work in a team to build develop the brain of our proprietary platform, Deal Management System using machine learning to make sure Fundnel is able to evaluate and screen businesses efficiently and accurately by documenting relevant data points required for its success

Roles & Responsibilities
- Document relevant data points and create databases using statistical techniques, identify trends or patterns in complex data sets, and provide ongoing deal analytics reports to support investment decisions
- Process, cleanse, and verify the integrity of data used for analysis
- Identify and define new process improvement opportunities

The Ideal Candidate Should Be
- Interested in dealing with data, including finding and exploring more efficient ways/programs (e.g. machine learning) to collect, store, and analyse data
- Preferably have some understanding of terms in financial statements and financial ratios
- Strong problem-solving skills – able to find various ways to solve problems and decide which solution to move forward
- Ability to work under pressure and tight timings
- Team oriented, but highly independent for their own projects
- High level of organisational skills and ability to prioritise
- Able to commit for a minimum of 4-6 months
- Part timers welcome
