Home Manager

- Manage relationships with your clients, vendors, building partners and other stakeholders
- Be involved in sales to meet new clients to be added to your portfolio in your assigned residential area(s) by explaining how DDIY adds value to members and their communities
- Provide scheduled weekly home sessions to: 
- Give in-home services such as housekeeping, laundry washing and drying, ironing and dishwashing 
- Manage errands such as grocery shopping, dropping off and picking up dry cleaning, coordination of plumbing and electrical works 
- Handle special home requests as required such as picking up coffee beans from specialty shops and watering plants 
- Support logistically for in-home services given by other vendors 
- Keep detailed, organised notes on your clients’ preferences and needs
- Provide training to new team members
- Perform other tasks as assigned by management team
- Working hours: 8am – 5pm (full time); flexible part-time hours

- Comfortable with using handphone to manage tasks and communicate
** Qualifications and Requirement 
- You have to be residing in Singapore with eligible documents
- 1-3 years of relevant housekeeping experience would be an advantage
