Part time Job Description
Job Summary:
We are currently looking for Office Assistant & Data Entry Workers to join our team. This role requires the candidate to work in a busy small office atmosphere with a wide variety of duties and changing priorities and deadlines. Located near you and we will provide full support and training
Key responsibilities of the position will include:
• Create and maintain logs and charts for file maintenance tracking purposes
• Research and resolve errors resulting from File Maintenance issues
• Retrieve all records and requisitions as needed
• Copy scanning and filing of relevant material
• Perform data queries and analysis
• Perform other duties as assigned
To be successful in this role you will have:
• Strong attention to detail
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• At least 2 year experience in a similar role
• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong computer skills with an ability to learn new computer software
