Job Description

Part-timers & Freelancers are welcomed to apply this Full time position
- Answer the phone to take orders & handle enquiries
- Data entry for Account payable & receivable invoices
- Preparation of quarterly GST report
- Prepare & generate monthly billing for debtors
- Ensure debtors make payments on timely basis
- Handle banking & other admin matters

Working hours :
Monday to Friday 8.30 am to 5.30 pm.
Saturday 8.30 am to 1.30 pm.

Salary from $1,800 onwards.
Job Requirement
Basic knowledge of book keeping
Hardworking & willing to learn
Experience Preferred
You have to be residing in Singapore with eligible documents preferred
