Job Description

Part-timers & Freelancers are welcomed to apply this Full time position
1. First in-line for assisting walk-in customers, including parents and students, with their enquiries and requests; 
2. First in line for handlin tele phone calls, screen and direct calls, take and relay messages, provide information to callers
3. Greet persons entering organization
4. Direct persons to correct destination
5. Deal with queries from the public and customers
6. Ensure knowledge of staff movements in and out of organization
7. Monitor visitor access and maintain security awareness
8. Maintaining and updating of data records eg: staff absentees etc; Alert RO if discrepancies are found. Ensure it is updated on a timely basis to our time attendance system.
9. Receive, sort and record mail, and deliveries
10. Filing and typing;
11 . Schedule appointments
12. Monitor and assist to maintain office equipment
13. Control office inventory and update Finance officer to ensure when stock is low.
14. Maintain reception area cum office stores.
15. Issue lockers and keys to staff. Keep proper records of keys and lockers issued.
16. Provide general administrative and clerical support eg a. Ensure Insurance form submitted by students/parents/teachers are complete, scan and b. email to the Admin Manager.
17. Collect and arrange food to be serve to guests from Canteen etc.
18. Prepare correspondence and documents eg a. Prepare certificates for school events b. Keep proper record in soft copy the title of letters issued out by school and ensure that a copy of the letters are filed. Any other duties as assigned by Principal, Vice-Principals, Administration Manager and Admin Executive.
Job Requirement
- The Personnel shall minimally have the following qualifications, skills and experience
- N' or 'O' Level Certificate or relevant Office Skills Certificate or its equivalent
- Should be proficient in English and another language ie Mandarin, Malay or Tamil.
- Able to multi-task and able to handle a quick paced environment
- Good communication and inter-personal skills
- Good team player with a high level of initiative
- Proficient in MS Office ie Excel, Words and Power Points.
- Candidates with relevant experience is preferred in the services required Salary : $1,400 to $2,200 Monthly
