Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to acquire new clients and expand the customer base within the industry.

Identify potential customers and leads through various channels such as online research, networking, cold calling, and participation in industry events.

Conduct thorough needs assessments with clients to understand their security requirements and propose suitable CCTV solutions.

Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in CCTV technology and maintain a strong understanding of the company's CCTV product range.

Conduct product demonstrations and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients to showcase the benefits of the CCTV solutions.

Prepare customized sales proposals that address the specific security needs of clients and highlight the value of the company's CCTV products.

Negotiate pricing and contracts with clients while ensuring that the terms align with the company's objectives and profitability.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage customer loyalty and secure repeat business.

Provide regular sales reports and updates to the management team, outlining progress, achievements, and potential areas for improvement.

Work closely with the marketing team to develop effective promotional materials and campaigns that support the sales efforts.

Job Requirement
Qualifications and Experience:

·        Education: A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred. Technical qualifications in security systems or electronics are advantageous.

·        Experience: Proven track record as a successful sales executive in the Physical security industry, with a demonstrable history of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

·        Industry Knowledge: Comprehensive knowledge of CCTV/ACS and Network technology, surveillance systems, and related security solutions.

·        Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate technical information to clients and internal teams.

·        Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to understand clients' security needs and propose appropriate solutions.

·        Networking: A well-developed professional network within the security industry is beneficial.

·        Negotiation Skills: Proficient in negotiating contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals while ensuring the company's profitability.

·        Customer-Centric: A customer-centric approach with the ability to build long-term relationships with clients.

·        Results-Driven: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently to achieve and exceed sales objectives.

·        Familiarity with sales software, customer relationship management (CRM) tools, and technology to manage and track sales activities.
