Job Description

Part-timers & Freelancers are welcomed to apply this Full time position
Responsible for the whole Sales Chain, including prospecting, cold calling and planning meetings

· Proactive Business Solutions Sales to Mid and Large Size Customers

· Account manage your biggest clients, develop and grow them, Delivers Sales Targets

· Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs

· Give market feedback for OTHER Business Solutions

· Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status

· Design and Implement a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence

· Realistic Forecasts and Delivers Sales, Revenue and Expenses Reports

· YOU’ll get plenty of autonomy, authority IF are closing Big Deals every day with real businesses

· Diploma or Degree

Job Requirement
· Organized, process-driven, with a great knowledge of Sales Techniques in B2B

· Proven Ability to Drive the Sales Process from Plan to Close

· A self-starter, keen, ambitious and hungry to get results. Relentless and experienced in identifying target leads, reaching out and generating sales from cold leads

· At least 3 years of ACHIEVERMENTs, consistently meeting or EXCEEDING KPI Targets in any jobs

· Excellent communication skills in both English and Any Other Language

· Strong business sense and industry expertise of selling business services into SME-MNC business

· Representing SUPERORGANICS GLOBAL professionally and warmly as the first point of contact

· Providing an amazing client' experience every time

· Contributing ideas to improve our processes, employer brand, and strategy
