You will be responsible for supporting our CEO in all aspects of his daily duties, including diary and correspondence management.

Duties & Responsibilities
Manage CEO’s diary
Handle correspondence
Compile reports and presentations
Attend site meetings
Traffic inter-department approvals
Provide general support when needed

Job Requirement
Fully competent in Microsoft Office Applications
Highly organised and resourceful
Ability to work on own inititaive
Positive attitude with a teamwork mindset
Ideally hold a hospitality-related degree
Bilingual fluency in both written and spoken English and Cantonese is a must
