Job Summary:As a Business Assistant, you will support the organization's international business operations by providing logistics and administrative assistance. Your responsibilities include facilitating communication between Japanese and non-Japanese-speaking stakeholders and managing various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:Communication Support:
1. Facilitate communication between Japanese and non-Japanese-speaking stakeholders, partners, and team members.
2. Assist in drafting and editing reports, and presentations.
3. Coordinate and schedule meetings, conference calls, and video conferences.
Administrative Assistance:
1. Provide general administrative support, including but not limited to travel arrangements, expense reporting, and event planning.
2. Maintain and update contact lists, files, and databases as needed.
3. Act as a liaison between the organization and Japanese-speaking stakeholders, ensuring a smooth flow of information and understanding.
