- Conduct viewing of our apartments
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers
- Increase customer base who likes to book our serviced apartments
- Grow corporate customer bookings by developing relationships with corporate clients
- Conduct outbound prospecting activities and process inbound sales inquiries to acquire new corporate customer base
- Develop new sales strategies that will acquire new corporate customer lead and strengthen relationship with existing customers
- Promote sales of our serviced apartment by performing cold-calling, door- to-door sales, attending conferences, events to generate leads and obtain new clients

- Must be eligible to work in Singapore
- Highly driven and motivated candidate
- Good in conversational and written English
- Preference to work in a fast paced startup environment
