- Planning and managing marketing campaigns;
- Forecasting marketing campaign growth and analysing data for marketing outreach;
- Developing and implementing marketing strategies and content for events, both for clients and internally;
- Preparing content for various marketing platforms, including but not limited to electronic direct mailers, social media pages, articles, blogs, etc.;
- Actively partake in business development and growth of the company and team through building partnerships, client relationships, and a larger community.
- Working closely with the event curation and production teams to communicate and implement event concepts, objectives, and targets to ensure a well-thought out and high-quality event;
- Monitoring the progress of each project through the targeted results, and to independently and continuously apply your learnings to improve how you address challenges and issues in the future;
- Managing clients’ and partners’ expectations alongside results, and to troubleshoot and address any issues pre, during, and post event through the use of independent judgement and considerable discretion;
- Serving as part of a client-servicing team by being a catalyst for relationship and community building through addressing the diverse and changing needs of clients, and proactively becoming their confidante and main source for advice, counsel, and solutions;
