Job Description

Part-timers & Freelancers are welcomed to apply this Full time position
- Demonstrate dedication to making calls on a daily routine
- Liaise effectively with the Sales and Marketing team to generate leads
- Provide quality service and customer satisfaction in all aspects of work
- Generating potential revenue for Cynopsis Solutions through prospecting
- Identifying and developing new potential business leads and opportunities
- Working closely with the management team on business development plan
- Ensure all customers’ request and actions are followed up diligently and on time
- Keep abreast on Cynopsis Solutions development and advise customers accordingly
- Build and maintain contact with all the new and existing clients to ensure high level of clients satisfaction

- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook
- Strong ability to connect with people
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Critical thinking related to estimating a prospect's interest level in the company's solution
