We're looking for a Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales team in Singapore. To succeed in this position, you will be an experienced sales leader with deep knowledge of the Restaurant / F&B industry, a well developed professional network, and strong knowledge of SAAS applications and sales strategy.

Job Duties:
Take overall responsibility for P&L of our operations in Singapore
Develop and ensure the execution of our strategy for Singapore, including: Geographic focus and launch sequence F&B merchant segmentation and prioritization Proposition focus Partnership focus Pricing plans and policies Sales, Onboarding, Customer Success playbooks MRR, Total Revenue and GM targets by quarter and by fiscal year Establish our team culture in Singapore Reporting to the founder, advise the CxO team on commercial, competitive, peopleOps, and product strategy for the SG and SEA regions
Hire and lead our staff in Singapore Revenue-related roles hard line report to the person in this position Operational roles for Finance, CS, Dispatch, etc. dual report to the person in this position & global leads

Grow our business in Singapore, and establish a trajectory to become top-3 in B2B ResTech in one year.
Establish and validate product-market fit.
Build sustained 20%+ month over month growth in total gross margin in $SGD terms.
Lead our Singapore business to generate $3M in SGD before end of the year.
Job Requirement
Background requirements:
At least 8 years of experience in product sales within the F&B Industry
At least 3 years in a sales leadership role
Must have a robust personal network and capable of generating one’s own leads
Highly numerate and capable of independently tracking sales metrics and generating statistical forecasts & reports
Some SAAS sales experience strongly preferred

General requirements:
A burning desire to make and sell great product and a need for your voice to be heard.
Experience working in a small team and taking ideas from conception to completion.
You like to choose the best tools and tech for the job
Iterating towards greatness is something you enjoy.
Ability to communicate in English with colleagues while solving issues.

Location & Interview process
Most candidates will go through a screening interview plus one or two rounds of managerial and technical interviews.
Expect a challenge which you'll need to complete independently.
