Job Description

Part-timers & Freelancers are welcomed to apply this Full time position
- Ensure the shipment are done in accordance to requirements and expected schedule.
- Booking, Execution of awb and declaring Tradenet permits.
- Responsible for all Import & Export shipments.
- Customer Service, attending calls and promptly response e-mails correspondence.
- Updating shipment status on In-house Online Tracking system.
- Able to handle Logistics & 3rd party Inventory shipments.

Four (4) positions available.
Working Location: Changi.
Job Requirement
- Good communication skills, bilingual in Mandarin (Written & Spoken) as to liaise with Mandarin speaking customers.
- At least 1 year experience in Export and Import Airfreight operation.
- Able to work for both day and night shift (transport and shift allowances are provided).
- GCE 'O' Level or Diploma.
