- Perform other duties as assigned by the Superior
- Help monitor and ensure that the outlet is optimally but not overly stocked, and stock information is accurate.
- Help monitor and ensure that the outlet is in physically safe, clean and conducive for customers.
- Support the Retail Outlet Manager to plan and ensure that merchandise is displayed orderly, professionally and tastefully, including the receiving of supplies, tagging, arranging and displaying them
- Provide good customer service (including photocopying, laminating, binding, courier service, answering phone calls) so that customers will continue to visit the outlet
- Support the Retail Outlet Manager to manage the business and operations of the outlet to achieve revenue, profitability and cost targets.
- Provide support in promotion events in the mall to promote Evergreen and draw traffic to the outlet
- Support the Outlet Manager to quality-check currency, relevance and adequacy of merchandise items and follow up to keep the merchandise items current and return obsolete items to suppliers.
