Job Description

Part-timers & Freelancers are welcomed to apply this Full time position
- Conducting the “Tour” program where required
- Pro-actively offering solutions and making small talk with guests especially when if guests require assistance
- Executing “WOW” initiatives to delight guests (during special occasions, give out freebies etc.)
- Enhancement of guest/customer/visitor’s experience within the premises;enquiries to the admissions and ticketing procedures and policies.
- To assist guests/customers/visitors’ usage of the digital directories, ticketing kiosks, survey kiosks etc
- Crowd control and re-entry management;

Working hours: (Rotating Shift)
- Shift 1 : 8am to 8pm
- Shift 2: 10am to 10pm
- Shift 3: 12noon to 12 midnight (Taxi provided when end work)
- Shift 4: 2pm to 2am (Taxi provided when end work)
Job Requirement
- Able to work 12 hours rotating shifts & weekends
- Minimum GCE “O” Level
- Applicant who is able to speak multiple languages would be advantageous
- Candidates with no experience are welcome to apply
- Excellent interpersonal skill and team player
- Posses strong dedication to customer service and satisfaction
