Job Description

Part-timers & Freelancers are welcomed to apply this Full time position
- To receive and monitor incoming and outgoing equipment from customers for the service centre.
- Manage service stock. Update of service stock and replenish the stock when it is low.
- Assist Service Manager/Engineer in daily scheduling and receive service incoming call.
- Service administrative works. This includes service correspondence, filing, faxes, email, quotation, invoices, and maintenance contract proposal and -
renewal documentation.
- Ability to communicate across all functional groups within the service department as well as with customers.
Job Requirement
- Higher NITEC/NITEC in Business Studies
- Diplomas holder
- no experience required are welcome to apply
