Job Description

Part-timers & Freelancers are welcomed to apply this Full time position
- With a full-cycle recruiting experience from attracting, sourcing and interviewingcandidates tohiring employees for a well-established security firm.
- Achieve staffing objectives by sourcing, interviewing/evaluating, filtering and recruiting job candidates through various means such as newspaper advertisement, online job posting, flyer/pamphlet distribution at strategic locations e.g. MRT stations or shopping malls
- Well versed in managing job portals such as Fastjobs, Jobstreet and ST Jobs
- Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicants' qualification and suitability
Job Requirement
- Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/"O" Level in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- At least 2Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.
- Experience with various selection processes (face-to-face interview, phone interviewing, reference check, etc.)
- Must be computer literate for updating employee record, biodata and daily reports.
- Posses strong communication and interpersonal skills
