Job Description

Part-timers & Freelancers are welcomed to apply this Full time position
- Obtain quotations in accordance with laid down guidelines and policies.
- Obtain user’s participation and advice on evaluation of offers and vendor selection.
- Negotiate with vendors for best possible terms.
- Receive and collates purchase requisitions ensuring proper authorisation.
- Liaise with users on delivery and verification of product specification.
- Attend to any problems and queries that arise from the purchases.
- Assist user departments with contract matters when necessary.
- Verify all suppliers’ invoices against delivery orders/service reports and purchase orders.
- Provide support to Operations Executive for tender matters

- Check that suppliers’ invoices are in order and forward to Finance Division for payment.
- Undertake any other ad-hoc duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Job Requirement
- Diploma holder with minimum 2 years working procurement experience with knowledge of contract management and administration.
- Conversant in Microsoft Office applications and confident in using information technology for work processes.
- Good team player.
- Good communication skills.
- Able to work in a fast paced environment.
- Work experience in the healthcare setting would be an added advantage.
