Oon & Bazul is looking to hire an Accounts Assistant.
The Accounts Assistant will report to the Finance Manager.

The general scope of work includes but is not limited to the following: -
· Approving of new matter/client number for both Singapore and Malaysia offices
· Process and close matters for both Singapore and Malaysia offices. This includes settling all outstanding invoices, clients’ funds, disbursements, etc.
· Issue client invoices, and debit and credit notes for both Singapore and Malaysia offices in a timely manner
· Generate and send out the list of new matters to all partners in both Singapore and Malaysia offices on a monthly basis
· Maintain records for petty cash reimbursement
· Assist to update and maintain digital and physical procedural/financial documentation
· Undertake other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirement
· IT savvy (basic understanding of MS Outlook and advanced knowledge of Excel using financial formulas and creating spreadsheets)
· Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
· Excellent organizational skills, ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
· Minimum educational qualification: Diploma in Finance, Accounting or relevant field from a recognised institution
