Relationship Consultant (B2B/Enterprise Sales) |Up to 4K + Transport Allowance + Sale Incentives |Insurtech

Serve as primary point of contact for holistic business account relationship
Introduce company’s products or services to potential customers and negotiate sales over the phone or in person
Address customers’ questions and concerns accurately
Commit to Team and Individual sales targets assigned
Proactively identify potential clients and build collaborative relationships with them
Organize and conduct periodic customer success review meetings with individual accounts to review engagement, learn feedback, uncover future needs, and strategically position up/cross-sell opportunities through service renewals
Establish new relationships through marketing activities and referrals

Job Requirement
Essential Experience and skills:
  • Bachelor’s degree or a diploma from a local polytechnic
  • Preferred background with Customer Service, Sale, or Banking experiences
  • Demonstrable track record of achieving or exceeding customer engagement and retention goals
  • Good interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with a strong ability to develop customer relationships both in-person and over the phone
  • Ideally 2-3 years of relevant working experience within a similar capacity of B2B sales
  • Ability to multitask effectively and adapt quickly to a fast-paced start-up environment
  • Possesses a strong sense of ownership and accountability, alongside empathy, tact, and sound judgement
  • Excellent team player
  • You have to be residing in Singapore with eligible documents preferred
