Job Description

Support Head of IT Operations in improving processes and technologies
Resolve any adhoc issues in timely fashion and in accordance to SLA
Perform routine checks on outlets PCs and peripherals, ensuring good working conditions
Involve in IT projects of various nature.
Willing to travel island wide
Job Requirement
At least one year of working experience in desktops and peripherals support
Good understanding of end user devices and peripherals.
Problem solving, communication (at all levels) and interpersonal skills.
A good team player.
Strong desire to take on challenges and make a difference
