This role involves the conceptualisation, design and overall management of the company’s suite of marketing collaterals and campaigns (for both online and offline platforms) to enhance corporate and product branding, while adhering to stipulated design guidelines.

Job scope:
Create in-house original graphics, templates and short videos for marketing purposes.
Explore external partnerships, plan as well as execute social media and other marketing campaigns  — including devising appropriate campaign tactics on the various platforms, content creation, copywriting, implementation schedules and campaign monitoring — with the aim of generating product conversations and ultimately, increasing overall sales.
Suggest and execute social media ad buys, which will include follow-up such as monitoring, optimising, and reporting.
Develop and execute successful Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) strategies to increase site traffic, including recommending relevant changes to optimise content, landing pages, keyword search, link-building, etc.
Handle other ad-hoc duties, as assigned.
Job Requirement
Preferably with a design or marketing Diploma or Degree. Related work experience in the healthcare field would be an advantage.
Strong portfolio of corporate graphic design work distributed in both offline and online formats.
Experience in planning, designing and executing both online and offline marketing campaigns.
Comprehensive understanding of the social media landscape for business purposes and knowledge of how various platforms can be deployed for different strategic initiatives.
Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. Having video storyboarding and editing skills would also be helpful.
Well-versed in performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition. Experience with web analytics tools (e.g, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, WebTrends, etc).
Posses own initiative and able to work independently.
Strong written and verbal English skills; open to feedback and suggestions, including on design work.
