Digital Marketing Manager ResponsibilitiesWe are looking for a highly competent and driven individual to join our dynamic marketing team. You will manage the following aspects of marketing to make Carrie K. the most recommended jeweller. Roles & Responsibilities include:
· Create value to our clients through relevant content that helps celebrate life's milestone and spark joy
· Contribute to strategic planning of annual / long-term marketing plan to drive forward agreed company’s objectives
· Create and execute digital marketing plans to drive meet revenue goals & traffic
· Track conversion rates and making improvements to webstore/offline
· Manage our automated Electronic Direct Mailer program, strengthen subscription list and build up different customers segmentations with relevant, valuable content
· Lead team to create compelling, engaging and interactive content on various social media platforms
· Organizing and manage online and offline events (planning to execution)
· Work closely with our Merchandiser to develop and implement effective product and pricing strategy
· Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
· Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
· Analyse business performance, industry and competitor trends and make recommendations on alternative courses of action
