Job Description

Part-timers & Freelancers are welcomed to apply this Full time position
Job responsibilities:
1. Handle AP in the Finance department including accounting for vendor’s invoices, payment to vendors & staff on claims and perform reconciliation to vendors’ statement of account;
2. Assist in preparation of balance sheet schedules for month end closing;
3. Perform bank reconciliation;
4. Handle billing for certain customers;
5. Have knowledge on GST reporting;
6. Administrative support to Finance Department and
7. Ad-hoc assignments in area of Finance

Other information:
Working days: Monday to Friday (8.30am to 6pm)
Working location: Bukit Merah
Job Requirement
1. At least a Diploma in Accounting or other relevant professional qualifications
2. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Finance department
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel
4. Able to work as a team and possess positive working attitude
5. Incumbent with working experience in IT service industry will be an added advantage
6. Preferably to have work experience via an accounting software
7. Preferably to start work immediately or within short notice
