Events Manager Traineeship

Launch your events management career with our 12-month management trainee programme where you will undertake responsibilities in various ongoing projects to plan and execute virtual and physical events.

What we expect from you:

• Successfully completed degree in the year *** or expected to graduate in 2022. Preferably in communications, marketing, or project management
• Fluent spoken and written English to communicate with government sector clients, liaise with international VIPs on behalf of Singapore government agencies and act as a front-facing representative for professional events
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint
• Some experience with productivity tools such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, WhatsApp etc.
• Strong commitment and ability to work independently in the office, on location or remotely at home
• Singapore Citizen and PRs only will be considered for the position
• In accordance to Ministry of Manpower's Vaccination-Differentiated Safe Management Measures (VDS) at events and Safe Management Measures (SMM) at the workplace, all applicants must be fully vaccinated to take part in this traineeship programme.
