Job Description

Part-timers & Freelancers are welcomed to apply this Full time position
- Process sales order for clients & vendor purchase, such as prepare invoices, deliver order, purchase order, ect.
- Maintaining documentations of sales records
- Handle incoming e-mails, faxes or letters.
- Coordinate & liaise with warehouse/vendors/clients
- Arranging and coordinate shipment for client?s orders
- Handle ad-hoc office administrative tasks.
Job Requirement
- Minimum Diploma in related field
- You are willing to work at Jurong West area
- Independent, multi-tasking and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
