Job Description

Part-timers & Freelancers are welcomed to apply this Full time position
- Provide support and assist end users on inquiries relating to our software via phone calls, emails or remote access.
- To troubleshoot and work together with software programmers to resolve software issues.
- To perform training or software installation, both in-house and onsite when required.
- To take part in any ad-hoc projects when necessary.
Job Requirement
- Diploma or higher in IT / Software related fields.
- With at least 1 to 2 years of relevant working experiences in software support positions.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to provide excellent customer service.
- Working hours: Monday to Friday (9am - 6pm) & 1st Saturday of the month (9am-1pm)
- Salary range: $2000 to $3500 (depending on your qualifications + relevant working experiences)
- Due to quota restrictions, only You have to be residing in Singapore with eligible documents need to apply.
