Job Description

Part-timers & Freelancers are welcomed to apply this Full time position
  • Responsible to handle Manager schedule/meeting arrangement, travel booking, paperwork approval etc.
  • Responsible to liaise and communicate with all company internal and external personnel and handle important guest reception duties.
  • Responsible to manage notification, recording, sorting, and tracing of superior’s meetings and other important company meetings, as well as organization, examination, and feedback of progress and completion for the tasks
  • Perform any ad-hoc duties required by Manager
  • Manage incoming emails, faxes and post, and correspond on behalf of the Manager when required
  • Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
  • Produce documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations when required.
  • Other ad-hoc duties being assigned by the Manager
Job Requirement
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook etc)
  • Excellent communication and writing skills
  • Possess excellent work ethics when handling confidential and sensitive data
  • Meticulous and organized with a keen eye for detail
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Team Player qualities
  • An ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
