Job Description

Part-timers & Freelancers are welcomed to apply this Full time position
- Attend to walk-in customers? enquiries and perform registration of repair jobs at our service center
- Assist in handling phone enquiries / emails / whatsapp / SMS
- Follow-up and update customer on repair status
- Stocks arrangement and preparing order list for parts and retail accessories
- Assist in stock take or inventory related matters
- Adhoc Admin Duites
- Ensure outlet cleanliness
Job Requirement
- You must be min. "N" Level or above
- You are able to start work immediately

* Working Location
- Suntec City Tower 3 and/or Alexandra Retail Centre (ARC)

* Working Hours
- 10:00am to 8:00pm ( 6 Days Work Week)

* Pre - Requisites Skills
- A team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Must be able to fluently communicate with English and Mandarin (Chinese) speaking associates
- Independent, possesses a positive attitude out-going personality
