Morganfield’s is a growing American restaurant and bar chain with outlets at Buona Vista, Suntec City, VivoCity and Orchard Central. We are cooking up great BBQ ribs and serving them with warm Southern hospitality.

In recent years, we have created new virtual restaurant brands, such as Sunday Catering and Butter Bowl, adding to our Morganfield’s restaurant and online delivery services. We are at an exciting growth stage and seek self-motivated and passionate hospitality professionals to join us in our mission to bring joy to our guests while delivering on business objectives.

About the Role
The person will be reporting to the General Manager and is responsible for developing and executing marketing plans that drive diner traffic through deep understanding of guests’ insights, dining trends across all relevant communication channels.

The person has to be highly resourceful, innovative and with a keen interest in the F&B industry. They need to be focused on developing and executing brand and customer relevant activities that drive sustainable business growth. Partnering with the General Manager and the Operations team, the person needs to optimise the portfolio of brands and transform the dining experience of tomorrow.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop marketing plans and implement activities on time and in full for all brands, which includes national marketing campaigns, local store marketing, collaborations, media engagement, advertising, digital asset management and promotional collateral.
Identify sales generating opportunities and create campaigns that are brand and customer relevant.
Manage our CRM database and produce engaging content to convert into loyal and returning customers.
Measure and monitor the effectiveness of campaign, promotional and digital platform activities to determine next step of actions and appropriate levels of investment.
Prepare and present marketing activities performance, industry and competitors’ activities and marketing calendar updates to General Manager and key stakeholders.
Manage customers’ service recovery, malls’ requests and enquiries.
Job Requirement
Skills and Requirements:
An avid foodie with at least 4 years of hands-on online and offline marketing experience.
Strong project and time management skills.
Strong communicator and able to communicate effectively to internal stakeholders and external agency partners.
