As Airwallex's pioneer Technical Recruiter in Singapore, you will be assigned to partner with a specific department and work closely with the department head to fulfil their hiring goals.
You will focus on outbound sourcing, inbound resume screening and conducting first round phone interviews as well as scheduling interviews with panel members.
Your exceptional sourcing skills and ability to rapidly pick up a role brief, along with your passion for creating a seamless candidate experience will be what sets you up for success in this role.
This will be an exciting opportunity to build out teams across APAC, as well as influence and partner with senior stakeholders to build out our recruitment processes!
