Job Responsibilities:
• Support Accounting department.
• Preparing, sorting and scanning of documents for data entry.
• Entering data into database software and checking to ensure the accuracy of the data that has been inputted.
• Resolving discrepancies in information and obtaining further information for incomplete documents.
• Responding to internal / external customers.
• Assisting payment process.

Additional Information:
Hourly Pay Rate: $12/hour.
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am to 6pm.
Contract Duration: 1 to 5 months (Depending on the current ongoing project progress).
Work Location: 2 Bukit Merah Central, #08-01, Singapore *** />Availability: Able to start work within short notice.
Contract length: 6 months
Job Requirement
Job Specifications/Requirements:
• GCE’N’/’O’/’A’ Level, NITEC, Diploma or Degree.
• no experience required are welcome to apply.
· Able to multitask, organized and meticulous personality.
• Able to work independently in a fast working environment with minimum supervision.
• Typing speed must be faster than 40wpm with good accuracy.
• Able to process 75 invoices-related documents per day.
• Good knowledge in Excel.
