Job Description

Part-timers & Freelancers are welcomed to apply this Full time position
• Oversee the full spectrum of HR functions and matters
• Understand and adhere to all pertinent labour laws
• Monitor and administration of all payroll matters, including CPF submission
• Educate, train, monitor, problem-solve, and ensure company HR policy is adhered among all employees
• In-charge of the company recruitment, training, and staff benefit program
• Work with the hiring manager to design job descriptions and coaching program for new hire
• Active monitoring of new hire probation period to ensure a smooth boarding
• Work with Management Team to design new KPI monitoring system and carry out regular appraisal exercise
• Work with Management Team to strategically plan and implement HR policies
• Handle internal feedback and employees progressive reviews and assessments regularly
• Coordinate with government agency for related grants
• Assist with office administration including preparing and relaying internal/external MEMO and meeting minutes
• Promote a positive and open work environment where employees feel comfortable speaking up

Job Requirement
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience in HR
• Degree with major in HR Management or equivalent
• Bilingual (Mandarin and English)
• Strong organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work with all levels of employees
• Abilitiy to handle stress due to heavy recruitment requirement
• Possess high level of resilience
